BlueGift Hosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts. If you’re not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for Refund:
- Hosting packages within the first 30 days of initial purchase
- Unused prepaid services (prorated refund)
- Services that were charged in error
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Domain name registrations and transfers
- SSL certificates
- Add-on services (e.g., dedicated IP addresses, premium support)
- Setup fees and administrative charges
- Renewal payments for existing accounts
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Accounts past the 30-day guarantee period
How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must include:

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Partial Refunds
